In this House we have 4 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 6 rooms, 3 Bathrooms a communal open living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Bigham Road in L6 and bus routes from the main road are just a 1 minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes
Liverpool University and Liverpool Royal Hospital is just a is only a 15 minute bus journey, or a 20 minute walk away which is perfect for students or staff working at the hospital.

LOCAL FACILITIES
The property is just off Kensington road which has plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores right on your doorstep.
Home Bargains, Lidl, Iceland and McDonalds are a 1 minute walk from the property and there is also a Gym just a stones throw away.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
