In this House we have 1 female and 1 Male and both are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 3 rooms that with 3 en suites. There is a small yard to the rear with a luxury brand new kitchen and high end living area. Parking is on the front on street. . House comes with all the normal utensils and kitchen items, just grab your suit case and move in!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Clarendon road in L6. There are buses every 5 minutes outside the house and will take you into Liverpool City Centre in 15/20 minutes.

LOCAL Amenities
ASDA super store is only a 10 minute walk and the ASDA along with all your normal grocery shops like Iceland, Home Bargains etc. There is a gym just 5 minutes down the road and McDonalds is also around the corner to get your late night snack!

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
