Flatmate required to fill an empty en-suite room in a city centre flat. Flat is furnished with a dishwasher and washer/dryer also included. Amenities in the building include an on-site gym, two residents’ lounges, and an amazing roof top terrace (with nice views of the waterfront and city skyline). The flat is located on the waterfront, and is approximately 5 minutes walk from James St station and Liverpool One bus station. My name is Ben and I work as a scientist. Im a relatively clean housemate who’s sociable and always up for a laugh. I like to enjoy nights out but also the odd lazy night in (with a bottle of wine of course). Im fairly chill and easy going, and looking for someone who I can get along with. The rent is £697 pcm (council tax band C) excluding bills, but WiFi is included.
