I have recently developed perfume allergy; so, I am now hoping to find a fellow, sympathetic allergy sufferer. Or just someone who is able to adjust.
We have permission to have up to two small birds (budgie size) in the flat. But not cats or dogs.
You will become my Lodger in full agreement with Landlord.
I work as a nurse, incl the occasional nightshift, I volunteer with wildlife transport too and go out to gigs and cultural stuff; hence, my downtime at home is important to me.
The bedroom that will be yours has partial riverview and it has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in, overhead shower.
I do have one double-bed available with ample storage drawers built in. It has a thick Sultan mattress on with combined spring coil and memory foam, and a clean, washable cover. There is a slimline clothes rack, a small desk, a small bookshelf and an office chair. Let me know if you've got all your own furniture, we'll fit it in too, or instead of mine.
The rest of the flat is fully furnished with my furniture and loads of plants. The ample kitchen-living room is a shared space for all, the place should feel like home!
Commodities installed in the flat: Washer-Dryer, fridge-freezer, cooker, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, mini oven, and a microwave.
No cats or dogs sorry, other pets are welcome.
No parking space, but waiting list available.
I pay £1050 (Landlord has applied for rent of £1200pcm) monthly rent to be shared in two.
Council tax is Band D which is £2308 (£96.17) for the year to be split in two. Broadband is £30pcm to split in two.
Then we will be splitting water and electricity in two as well based on our monthly consumption (meter readings).
The electricity is on a contract, it is not on a prepaid meter. We have a SMART Meter.
I will provide all laundry and household cleaning agents for both of us (some aftershaves and most laundry powders are my new and biggest allergy triggers now; think pollen allergy but with random perfumes instead).
It's preferable if you have your own 'room wanted' ad on here too, so I could find out more about you.
