With over 400+ ensuite and studio rooms, this accommodation is designed for both undergraduate and mature students, with a range of standard, deluxe, and premier student rooms available.

At The Exchange, you'll find more than just a room; it's a central social and chill-out spot for all its student residents. The accommodation offers a range of communal facilities, including a fully equipped gym, residents' social area, TV lounges, games room, and regular student events. All rooms come fully furnished with a study desk and chair, 3/4 bed, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, and bills included.

We take group and individual bookings, with plenty of rooms to choose from, including ensuite rooms with a modern designed kitchen, organically lit living space, and large dining tables. These are perfect for those who want to live with friends or make new ones during their time at university.

At The Exchange, we also offer a "no deposit, no problem" policy. We've partnered with Reposit, an alternative to paying a cash deposit, which allows you to save money upfront by paying only the Reposit fee instead.
