I’ve got a spacious double room available in a two bed duplex apartment right in the centre of Liverpool (L1). It’s on the sixth floor and within walking distance of pretty much everything – shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, etc.

The flat itself is split over two levels and has:
- Open plan living/kitchen/dining space (fully furnished)
- Balcony
- Two double bedrooms
- Bathroom, en-suite, and an extra downstairs WC
- Washing Machine (Incl Drier)
- Some storage space

The room available is a good sized double with its own en-suite, so you won’t be sharing a bathroom.
You’ll be sharing with a friendly, 32-year-old professional female who keeps the flat clean and enjoys a relaxed, respectful home environment.

Rent is £650 per month, which includes broadband. Other bills aren’t included (council tax band C, plus utilities).
