Room with en-suite near Baltic market

Heyy, we are two girls looking for a third flatmate as our friend is going travelling. The apartment is in the Baltic triangle/the docks area and just 15 mins walk from the city centre. The available room is large with en-suite. Rent is £340 and bills are not included but come to approx. £130 per month. Parking is available on site at an additional cost.

We are 26/27 easy going, tidy, always up for a drink after work but equally we appreciate a quiet night in and our own space. We both work 9-5, 5 days a week and hoping to find someone with a similar routine and who can hopefully become a friend as well as a flatmate.
