-You’ll be sharing with one other tenant who is very easy to live with — polite, respectful, and always clears up after himself. His girlfriend does stay over occasionally, but they’re considerate and never cause disruption.
Bills:
-Council tax, utilities, and broadband are to be split fairly with the existing tenant.
-Council tax - Around £300pcm per property so if you and the other tenant split it by 50% then it should be around £150pcm.
-The other bills depend on choice and usage between both tenants so can not provide an accurate guess for this.
