Situated next to Princess Park and less than 10 minute walk to Sefton Park and Lark Lane, this gorgeous apartment is the perfect city location. Less than 10 minutes drive to the city centre. East facing so lets all the sun in during the day it’s really beautiful.

Wooden floors throughout, designer Laura Ashley bathroom with walk in power shower and deep bath tub. Extremely comfortable living space and furniture. 65” OLED TV with surround sound system and PS5 that comes with full Sky package and Disney and fibre optic broadband.

Kitchen is very functional with exceptionally big fridge/freezer, huge gas hob and air fryer with loads of storage space with gorgeous window that let’s the morning sun in.

The spare bedroom is cozy with blackout curtains and storage and European King Size bed. Apartment also has washing machine, dish washer and walk in wardrobe. A shared garden (two other apartments) which is beautiful in the summer and well maintained.

Vegan/Vegetarian preferred. About me: I head up business development for UK&I in the healthcare industry and travel twice a week. I’m into my fitness, cooking and city breaks away. I’m very respectful and keep the place very clean and tidy. Price includes a maid that cleans weekly and does ironing too.

I am not looking for someone who goes out and parties comes in late on a weekend and who is messy. Another version of myself who is easy-going, clean and chilled out would be perfect!

This setup would be preferably someone who doesn’t WFH.
