Luxury Flat in the City Centre with stunning views

I am looking for a flatmate to replace me as I found an opportunity in another city. I am sad to be living because the flat has been the most amazing I have ever lived. The views are stunning and relaxing, you never feel lonely because it’s in the heart of the city but there is not much noise either especially with the windows being soundproof.
You will have the second room which has lots of space, big cupboard and full body mirror. Carpeted and facing the Hilton hotel with views of the Radio City and the docks.
You will also have a whole bathroom (bath tub) to yourself and toilet.
There’s plenty of plates and pans and glasses so no need to buy new ones if you don’t want to. The kitchen and living room is shared, it’s very spacious and comfortable. The other tenant is out of the house most of the time as they are studying and working at the same time - and a gum freak :) They are very respectful and easy going. They love to cook as well - you can only expect the best dishes from an Italian.
The Council tax is around 70-80 per month. The wifi is £35 shared between the two tenants (Hyperoptic) - if you are working from home is really strong. The bills are not much around £100 between both tenants but vary each month and the water is very low as well (last month was like £8)
