I am looking for a working professional. Someone easy going, clean and chill.
As the building is quiet no parties are allowed.

Tenant would have to take over the bills as I am only in Liverpool a couple weekends a month. The weekends I am in the property I will contribute to the bills.

Tenant will have access to the main bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
