Hi there! My name is Felipe, and I currently have a double room ensuite available for rent in the flat where I currently live. It's located in the city center of Liverpool (L1) and is less than 100 metres away from Bold St. The flat also comes with a parking space and the building has a lift. The room is available for short-term, up to 2 months, with the possibility of extension or even taking over the contract in the near future.
£550.00 + bills for one person and £650 + bills for a couple. Bills are around £200.00 per month and include council tax, internet, water, TV license, and electricity (which may vary for more or less). This also includes the covered parking space in the building, which is available to use.
