I need a new housemate as my current housemate is moving out, but I couldn’t possibly leave this beautiful apartment and desperately want to stay.

It really is SUCH a beautiful apartment - did I mention it’s a penthouse!?!
The rent is split between myself and the other tenant so £600 pcm each. Our bills are paid separately which usually amounts to an extra £200 on average all in (obviously with variations depending on time of year)
About me: I am working for the Home Office. I sometimes work from home, and sometimes from the office in Liverpool or commute to Manchester. I LOVE reading, movies and writing and you’ll hear me wandering around the flat singing to myself! ❤️ I tend to spend more time indoors hibernating haha but do love a couple of drinks out once or twice a week !!
