You’ll have a double bedroom that overlooks the docks and a private bathroom. It’s a shared living room and kitchen area - including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, cooker and toaster.

Rent - £550/month with WiFi included
Water, electricity - pay for what we use (now paying approx £75 each/month)
Council tax - £90 each/month

There is paid parking available nearby (and a waitlist with the building) but it’s located a 15 minute walk from Liverpool one bus stop and a 5 minute walk from Moorfields station.

We have an amazing concierge team who accept parcels and deal with issues immediately.
