The Lantern Apartments, located next to Liverpool city center train station, have two ensuite-plus rooms available for subletting. The rooms are suitable for up to 5 people but can also be rented individually. The original price is £165/£171 per week, but they are currently being offered at a special discounted rate of only £109 per week, including bills. Please note that these apartments are exclusively for students.

The subletting period is from June 3rd to August 30th, but the dates are negotiable. It would be preferable to cover the entire rental period, and there may be additional discounts available for doing so.

These two adjacent rooms are perfect for friends or couples who want to rent together, but they can also be rented separately.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. It's only a 1-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street station and a 4-minute walk to Liverpool Central station. Liverpool One, banks, post offices, both the University of Liverpool's North and South campuses, and Bold Street (a street famous for its food) are all nearby. There are two Asian supermarkets, Lidl, Tesco, and other grocery stores close by, and it's also convenient to reach McDonald's and KFC. Living here is incredibly convenient (I'm actually living in this location myself next year).

The apartment facilities are great, including a gym, study room, yoga room, pool table, and activity room. Apartment maintenance requests are promptly attended to, and the staff members are friendly. It's also convenient to collect your deliveries.
