Min 2 months let to 7th September.

This would be ideal for someone looking to live or work over the summer in Liverpool, but who is a student.

You must be able to prove you are a student (could be on a work placement before returning to uni etc). Sorry the landlord won't accept anyone who is not a student.

The property has a shared fully fitted kitchen and communal lounge and TV.

The room is a deluxe so bigger than the other rooms and has an en-suite bath/shower., desk & chair and separate lounge tub chair.

Free WiFi and all bills included, so no extra hidden charges.

Laundry room with washer and dryers

Very secure with it having secure access rfid card access control to the building via the reception area. The flat is located off the main enclosed garden atrium and is access via stairs or the lift.
