Liverpool City Centre 1 Bedroom Apartment To Rent

Hi! Im looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my lovely studio flat in Liverpool city centre. I am looking for someone to move in on or before the 27th of June. Here is some additional information about the flat:

A £200 deposit for a studio apartment is required to reserve the apartment, the deposit is secured with the DPS and returned at the end of the tenancy.

Rent includes internet but does not include water, electricity and council tax. (Council tax you will be exempt if studying full time).

There are two payment options, Annual (advance payment for the duration of the tenancy)
OR
Monthly payments – we require an employer reference where we require the tenant to be in permanent full time employment (non probationary period) and earning in excess of 28k per annum.

Alternatively a UK based guarantor can be used if the above criteria cannot be met
