Female professional urgently needed for L1 city centre flat due to lined up tenant dropping out less than two weeks before move in!
It’s a beautiful penthouse apartment in the city centre, 15 minutes from Lime Street. The rent is £600 each per month before bills (which usually amount to an extra £200 or so - give or take - including council tax). I’m unsure about deposit, I can enquire!
The room itself isn’t en-suite but you would have your own bathroom next door to it with a full bath and shower.

I’m currently on holiday outside of the UK so can’t conduct viewings until the 25th (so I’m obviously extremely stressed) but if anyone is looking for a last minute, reasonably priced, BEAUTIFUL room in an L1 apartment then pls hmu.
