We are so excited to let you know that we have a stunning double room becoming available in our City Centre, all professional house.

The room will be available from the 6th July, for another friendly professional to join the existing housemates, who are so excited to meet you!

The property benefits from having a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen area, with a comfy corner couch, for you to chill & relax on with your housemates, and a fully fitted kitchen, with ample amount of storage space, two ovens, two washing machines, and a tumble dryer too. There are also two fridge and freezers, so there is plenty of space for everybody.

Onto your room, there is a comfy double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a built in wardrobe, the room also comes with a wall mounted, stylish mirror, and all your bills are included within your rent too.

There are two bathrooms, one to the first floor and one to the ground floor (which has just been recently refurbished!!).

We have a cleaner who attends every two weeks, and will clean all the communal areas and bathrooms, although the current housemates all keep it perfectly anyway.

So.. onto the housemates - currently there are 2 males, and 5 females, all working professionals, between the ages of 20-26, some have even been with us for nearly 2 years now, as they love it!

The location of this house COULD NOT BE BETTER!!! The house is located right in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, and is within a 2 minute walk from local coffee shops, bars, restaurants and Liverpool One is just a short 10 minute walk. You really don't get better than this!!

A little bit about who we are - at Cosi Living we are dedicated & passionate about changing the way young students and professionals live together, our main aim is to ensure that all of our housemates feel like it's more than just a house. This is why this year we are launching our Cosi Well-Being Club which will mean exciting events for all of our housemates, there will be regular competitions, giveaways and hopefully discounts at local restaurants shops around our city.
