Hi! This place is a studio at Grand Central Student Accommodation in Liverpool.

I was supposed to move in but my plans have changed, and I need to find someone to take it over. The person who takes over has to be a student, with a guarantor (international or local).

The rent is 183 pounds per week, all-inclusive.
