We have a selection of double rooms available in our 9 bed student houseshare on Lord Nelson Street, directly opposite Lime Street Station so perfectly located.

£135 per week on 50 week tenancy starting mid august/1st september. All utility bills included. 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms so each room is only sharing a bathroom with 2 others.

Nice friendly sensible housemates only who can adhere to house cleanliness expectations.

The ensuite and 4 other doubles have now been reserved (male and female mix - all welcoming and friendly students who had a last minute change of plan and thus missed out on friendship group accommodation selection.)
