Tenancy Takeover

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement at Prospect point in Liverpool located on Moira street.

It’s a 44 week contract coming in at £131 per week in a six bed flat, all rooms are standard (quite spacious) with en-suites.

The contract is from September until July, but you can also extend your stay if you wish to do so.

This accommodation comes with a games room/study room and a laundry room, with parking on site.

In its surrounding areas we have, Starbucks, spar, subway, Greg’s, Tesco, Lidl, lots of little restaurants and take aways as well as the walk in centre which is five minutes up the road and a pub right outside!

It’s about a 15 minute walk from Lime Street station! As well as St John’s.
It’s available for students at all of the universities and it’s closest uni is Liverpool hope creative campus and also uni of Liverpool main building.
