Room available in spacious flat near the docks

I am a professional female aged 22. I am looking for another to share a flat just off the Strand. I am moving in this month and will be in Liverpool for 2 years working as an architect. I am very sociable and love a good pub trip. I like a clean and tidy flat and want to make this a home, the pictures show the flat as listed by the estate agent as I haven't moved in yet
I will likely be sailing a bit with the university sail club, love sketching, music, films and anything design related!

The room is a good size with a big window, desk and large wardrobe. There is also a bathroom across the hall that would be your own as there is another for me.
