Room with private bathroom ( + 50% of electricity)

Room with PRIVATE NICE BATHROOM in a newly refurbished flat in the center, very cool area!
9 minutes walk to Liverpool Central metro station and 14 mins to Lime street train station!
There is only me, in another room with another bathroom.
If you smoke there is a nice balcony with the view, where I smoke a cigarette sometimes.
The space in common is the living room, the kitchen and the balcony.
Is a 5th floor quite panoramic with the lift

Since it is simply an apartment shared by 2 people and there is no gas, the heating is electric and to prevent the living room from turning into a “sauna” without sense,
I have to charge your part for the electricity, this way we both only use what we need, without waste.
All other expenses are included.
The highest it could get if it's record cold is around £100 but in the summer it is around 25£!
