New Urgent Tenancy Take Over needed for UNITE Moorfield in Premium Range 1 En-suite room £141 per week 2nd Floor, all bills and wi-fi included, 7th September 2024 to 12th July 2025, 44 weeks. Tenancy will be managed by UNITE after tenancy is handed over from me. One of the last remaining rooms of this size available. New tenant must be a full time student. Full Time Students are exempt from Council Tax.
Moorfeild has 24 hour security and assistance. Located in the city center on Hatton Garden, L3 2EZ it is a 5 minute walk from LJMU Byrom Street Campus and Moorfield train station. Over the road from LJMU Avril Robarts Library. University of Liverpool and LJMU North Campus are a 15 minute walk away. 5 minute walk from Queens Square bus station. Unite Moorfeild is on a quiet road but is a 5 minute walk from nightlife area around Victoria street and Matthew Street and a 10-15 minute walk to nightlife area around city center/concert square and the Liverpool ONE and city center shopping area. I am urgently looking for a replacement tenant as I have not passed my first year of course and withdrawn from studies. The flat was originally requested for 2nd year. Unite usually try to match flatmates in years of study but at their discretion.

Bedroom features a small double bed, curtains, desk, full length mirror, under bed storage and wardrobe. Ensuite has a mirror, toilet, sink, shower. Shared kitchen has a breakfast bar, combi-oven, cooking hobs, dustpan and brush, fridge freezer, kitchen bin, mop and bucket, noticeboard, oven, sofa, stools, vacuum cleaner and ventilation system. The Moorfeild main property has a laundry, bike storage, vending machines, recycling waste bins, cinema room, social common room area, outdoor social space, secure access to the buildings, on-site service team, CCTV. Car Parking is available at an extra charge through UNTE and subject to availability (to be arranged with UNITE not part of this tenancy agreement.
