*Liverpool city centre - looking for a flatmate*

Hi I’m Holleigh, I live in a furnished 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment overlooking the Mersey on Waterloo road (L3 0BG) and I’m looking for a flatmate starting Sept/Oct ☺️🌈

It’s right opposite Home Bargains and Costco (honestly the biggest selling point) and a 15 min walk away from Moorfields Station.

£625 each a month in rent and can just split other bills e. g. electricity, water down the middle 😊😊

I’m 26, I work as a nuclear safety assessor (working from home 2/3 days a week) and I love playing video games and spending time with my cat (Dora) who would love to make a new friend!❤️

I’m based in the downstairs bedroom as Dora is a tripod cat so I try and avoid her having to climb the stairs 🐈‍⬛ - which means the upstairs room and the bathroom with the big shower (see video) would be yours ☺️

We’re looking for someone that also likes animals, is reasonably clean and tidy, and neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ friendly 🧠 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
