I love living in this area but due to ill health, I need to move back home with parents. My Tenancy agreement ends May 25 and I am looking for some to take over my lease. You would sign your own agreement for the remainder of the lease and it would be completely separate from me, this is not a sublet.

I am completely flexible for a move in date, preferably sooner rather than later, but if you’re wanting to move in a couple of months I am happy to fit in with you.
