I am looking for a flatmate. It's a 2 bedroom flat in City centre next to Anglican Cathedral. Great location. The new flatmate has to love animals. I have two great cats. They don't destroy furniture, they are clean and cute I am working from home most of the week I am looking for an easy going, social and rather a quiet flatmate. I want us to become friends and not just sit in our rooms with closed doors (fair enough my door is always open cause of the cats). You have to be clean and tidy. The flat is fully equipped. 1 min away there is a bus stop with buses to the Airport and Speke. It's close to everywhere. The rent is £650 (bills included - water every 6 months).
