I'm moving out of a middle double room in a 3-bedroom flat located just 200m from Moorsfield Station and 100m from Marybone Student Accommodation, making it very convenient for City Centre and John Moore's University.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, and chest of drawers. Rent and parking are negotiable, and bills are not included. The total cost, including bills, is around £500-£550 per person.

The flat has a shared kitchen, living room with TV and sofa, and a common bathroom. The current tenants are Indians, two females and two males.

We're looking for someone who maintains cleanliness and hygiene. Tenancy ends in April 2025 but can be extended if desired.

We're open to both students and professionals, preferably Indian or South Asian, but others are welcome to apply.
