Room in apartment with balcony

My flatmate is moving out and a double room will be available via a swipe of contract, from 1st November.

We have a balcony, it's a spacious 2 bed apartment in a very nice&safe area, City Centre, close to amenities & Train station. We have a parking permit, so that's a bonus, if you need it.

I am 37, looking for someone of similar age, responsible and respectful.

I am a very kind, understanding person, however I do like a stress free household, and that also means clean. If cleaning is not important for you, please do not get in touch.
