Tenant needed as moving out!

NOTE: bed in the picture was when I first moved in but has now been changed to a bed with understorage as seen in further pictures. I am unfortunately moving accommodation due to family issues and needing to move back home. I am looking for a student to take my place which I would be so grateful for. There is only one other person in this flat meaning it is a free space, big kitchen with a TV in all the rooms aswell as the kitchen. Comes furnished with flat wifi and kitchen amenities. Washing machine also included free. Gym on the second floor and also security to ensure safety, passcodes to all floors which can be provided if interested in the room. FLAT 16 room A is a good sized room for one with understorage bed, sturdy desk and window able to open all the way leaning out like a makeshift balcony. A great room and ideal as it is above a Tesco and Lidl on the same road with a post office just next door. If anyone would be able to take over the tenancy I will get in contact with my tenancy manager and hopefully can be arranged.
