I have to return to Spain in december, so I would need a replacement tenant for my accomodation from January till July. It is on St. Luke's View (Unite Students). It is 5 mins walking to Mount Pleasant Campus (LJMU) and 10 to Liverpool Uni. It is 8 mins walking to the city centre and all the shops.
The price is 160£ p/w, the flat is big, with en-suite bathroom, double bed and shared kitchen (2 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 hobs... and lots of storage)
