Looking for a flatmate to take over friends room as she's going travelling. Room available from January and current contract ends in July. Ideally want someone to take over the contract but can discuss other options if necessary. I'm planning to move when the contract ends but you would have the option to continue in the property if you liked it but this would have to be discussed with the letting agency : )
The flat is very close to the universities and town plus the train stations so easy to get about and explore. Living area/kitchen and bathroom are shared. The flat is in an old school house so has lots of character and HUGE windows which provide a lot of light in the living area.
About me: I've lived in Liverpool for 4 years and have lived in this flat since July 2023. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday and have some periods where I work from home. I spend about half the week at my boyfriend's so you'd occasionally have the flat to yourself. I've got lots of trinkets scattered round the flat so I like to think it's quite homely and friends have also attested to this! I like to crochet when I have time and love my music (though I'll never play it too loud!). I can be equally sociable and introverted so am always up for a night out or in but will also give you your own space. My boyfriend's around a lot so would have to get on with him too but he's very easy going and keeps the kitchen very clean!
I've included pics of the bedroom from when I had it. It will have the bed and chest of drawers but not all the posters and soft furnishings so can decorate how you want.

Council tax band: B
Bills (Electricity, water and wifi): £115 per month (this is a rough estimate as the electricity bill can fluctuate depending on usage)
