Room for rent (01/07/25 - 29/6/26)

We’re looking for a house mate for next years tenancy. We currently live in the house, which is a new build so we were the first ones in, but a flatmate has since dropped out of uni and moved home. The house is situated on Edge lane, a 5 minute walk from the edge of Uni of Liverpool campus, 15 mins from John moores and 15 mins walk from Liverpool hope Uni creative campus (+ free bus to main campus). We currently have 2 flatmates attending Uni of Liverpool, 1 for john moores and 2 for hope. We have signed the contract, and are looking for one more person to fill our 6th room. The room is situated on the ground floor next to 1 of 2 bathrooms in the house. As all other house mates are on the 1st or 2nd floor we mainly use the bathroom on the first floor, so this bathroom is predominantly for the use of a new housemate. We (current 5 housemates) are all friends and are excited to welcome someone new into the household. I have a 3D tour from out landlords (BRIC living - who have been great so far) if you would like to see. The bedroom is a great size, equipped with a double bed and mattress, desk, tv, storage and wardrobes. Pictures are included but we only have screenshots of the tour as the room is locked at the moment.

We haven’t included photos of the other bathroom as it is identical to the bottom floor.
The house has a washing machine and dryer, a hoover, speakers in the ceiling in the living room, a tv in the living room.
The kitchen has a double cupboard spare for the new housemate aswell as a freezer drawer and two fridge shelves.
