Tenancy takeover - St Luke’s view accommodation

I live in St Luke’s view (unite students accommodation) which is on Oldham street, Liverpool. Extremely close to town and the main university campuses. looking for someone else to take the room for this coming semester (currently paid up until 8th January when the next payment would be due). The flat has 7 other lovely sociable people, ages 18-22. Room is spacious and modern and has an en suite. Large shared kitchen and living room.
Requirements from the St Luke’s team is that the new tenant cannot already be in a unite students accommodation!
