We have 1 double bed room (super-king sized bed) with en suite, located on 3rd floor of South Ferry Quay apartments available. Apartment spread across two floors overlooking Liverpool Marina, with shared living room, kitchen, bedroom, and balcony on ground floor, plus 2 bedrooms on 1st floor (bedroom shown). Parking spaces are available outside building and in secure garage.
Council tax band F, between three tenants is currently £117 (subject to increase). Deposit of £425 held in a DPS. Broadband included in rent, further bills not included (Water, electricity, and gas are usually around £50-£60 pcm in total).
I am looking to move out of the apartment, and new tenants would live with the two existing housemates until the end of tenancy contract on 28th October 2025.
Apartment is right next to the Yacht Club, ~10 mins walk to Baltic Market, ~20 mins walk to Albert Dock, Liverpool 1 Bus station and ~30 min to Liverpool Central station.
Move in date is flexible. Existing housemates are very nice male professionals, 25/26 years old. Enjoy watching football and playing games.
