💰 Price

The full monthly rent for the apartment is £1,775. I would be happy to cover ~£1,000 if I was able to have the room with the en suite (the other room would have sole use of the other bathroom). So, I'd just be looking for the other person to pay £775pm. Bills would be approx £75pm, and council tax would be approx £100pm. I'm fairly flexible on costs, so let me know what could work for you if you're interested in buddying up.

Hi, I’m Luke - manager in local government, and a guy who likes the mix of city living and outdoor adventures. I’m looking for a flatmate or buddy up to share this 2 bedroom apartment in Liverpool city centre. If you’re after a chilled, friendly living situation with someone who’ll respect your space but is always up for a good chat about career/aspirations (or a spontaneous hike), then we could be a good match!

I travel for work often and I'm very much a weekend Explorer - I love hiking, horse riding, and generally making the most of the outdoors. You’re more than welcome to join, or just wave me off as you enjoy a lazy Saturday. I try (when temptation doesn't get the better of me) to follow a healthy-ish lifestyle - I’m big on eating whole foods at the moment and biohacking and generally just trying to keep active.

I’ve been eyeing up apartments at the Lexington Building for a few weeks, which ticks all the right boxes for me, and primarily I’m keen to find someone of a similar mind to live with (don’t particularly want to live alone), and I don’t want to find myself in a houseshare with 37 students crammed into 10 bedrooms where using the bathroom is basically an immunity test. At the very least I’m looking for someone with a basic daily hygiene plan, and where we aren't going to come home after a long day to find someone’s socks marinating in the sink.

I’m down-to-earth, considerate, and happy to roll with whatever dynamic works best. If you’re after someone to split a pizza, great. If you just want a housemate who’s polite, tidy, and doesn’t crowd your space, also great. I’ll always respect your boundaries, but I’m also happy to be a sounding board to share career dilemmas, family dramas, or life in general.

Who I’m Looking For..

Ideally, a professional, student, entrepreneur, or creative type who values a calm, friendly home. You don’t have to share my interests, but if you’re someone who’s easygoing, considerate, and up for the occasional chat, we’ll be a good match. Just to be upfront - you'd need to be LGBT friendly (or simply a decent human being), and we’ll get along fine.
