Hey! I’m looking for a new flat-mate to join myself from 14th April 2026 on a 12 month contract (minimum).
No gender preference. Spacious room with en-suite and shared living area.
I work a lot but like to chill in my free time and visit friends when there’s time. Very bubbly and outgoing. I do have 1 Siamese cat but she likes to keep herself to herself and would not be a burden! Pet friendly preferable.
Very happy to meet for a coffee/video call or even for you to pop round to see in person!
Price is for rent, gas/electric, water, council tax (band B) and Wi-Fi.
(Also happy to pay more towards rent to accommodate your budget. Within reason!)
It is an extra £150 per month for a secured on-site parking spot if needed.
£500 deposit needed for the building to complete checks held through TDS - Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
