Studio Room in Liverpool

I am moving out of my studio flat at the end of May and need someone to take over the tenancy for the remaining 3 months of my contract. The room is in a building of flats (Innovo House) and is a 6-minute walk away from Lime Street Station and around a 10-minute walk away from the University. The buildings closest shops are a Lidl and a Home Bargains, both less than a 2-minte walk away. The building has a reception, as well as a laundry room and a communal area with a study space. The room has a double bed, TV, kitchen area with a microwave oven and hob, as well as an En-Suite. The contracted price of the room is £190 per week however I am open to offers so please contact me for any further questions or offers.
