I am a professional adult. I have had a doctor living with me for 3 years who is due to vacate the property in July. The room available is the master bedroom with personal en suite bathroom - it is an exceptionally large room - the bed provided and in photos is king size to provide idea of scale. Monthly fee includes all bills - council tax, water, electricity, gas, service charges, ground rent, building insurance premiums & broadband internet. I have a small chihuahua who lives in this property. Couples welcome for an additional £100 monthly fee. I live a relatively quiet life and I am clean and tidy. I work a lot and occasionally travel for work. I work from home 4 days a week. Desk and chair provided for you in your large room to facilitate home working if required. Minimum 3 month contract required.
This duplex apartment is situated near the top of the building (one away from the top floor) which means there's a lack of sound pollution. This apartment is within a Grade Il listed building. Bars and restaurants on the door step, near to the town hall and other historical buildings and a few minute walk from the train station. All internal doors have been replaced with white doors and the blinds have been replaced (since photos were taken).

On a separate note, I have received an enquiry for someone who works away and would only require residence Monday-Friday - in this scenario I can reduce the monthly charge. Thank you.
