Roommate wanted — furnished city-centre flat 🏡

I’m moving into a new property in Liverpool City Centre in June and I’m looking for a flatmate ☺️

The flat is located near the Waterfront and is only a few minutes walk away from the Albert Dock and Liverpool One.

It’s a fairly spacious two bedroom apartment with a stylish living room and modern kitchen. You would be renting a double room and would have use of a private bathroom, as my room has an en-suite.

There’s also a double internal balcony which looks out onto a bright atrium - it’s a nice place to sit and can also be used for extra storage.

There’s a washing machine and I’m installing a dishwasher. Plus, you’ll have use of a coffee machine. Bills are included in the price I’ve listed.

I’m a full-time professional working in arts and culture. I work from home two days a week. As a flatmate I’m tidy, friendly, and considerate. I’m very respectful and appreciate when people need their space, but would also be happy to share meals together and have an occasional movie or games night.

Please note: The current pictures are unfinished but the entire place will be furnished by me before you move in.
