Initial contract is 12 months but you are allowed to leave at any point if you replace yourself as I am doing now, so there is flexibility

Room includes: double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small drawers, and 32inch TV!

The house has a large open plan kitchen-diner and living room, recently refurbished with good quality furniture. Kitchen has two fridge freezers, two ovens and a dishwasher. We also have a washer and dryer. There's also 3 bathrooms!

The house is 3 mins walk from Lidl and the main road with lots of international stores and regular buses to town / Sefton Park etc. (or it's a 35 min walk into town). Near to Newsham park, Wavertree botanical gardens and edge lane retail park (with lots of shops and a gym). There's lots of on street parking too if you have a car.

I've been in the house for 10 months and been great, I’m only leaving as I’m relocating cities for work. All the other housemates are friendly, social, respectful and clean. We often hang out in the evenings but also respect each others space. We've all tried to make the house feel like a comfortable home :)
