Looking for a female young professional to move in and share a flat! I've been living here for four years and absolutely love it, so it would be great to find someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

The flat is in L3, opposite Costco and Home Bargains. The area is quiet, but well-connected to town via walking. Moorfields station can also be accessed via a 20-minute walk. Local shops include a Sainsbury's on William Jessop Way (13-minute walk), as well as a Tesco and Sainsbury's on Old Hall Street (15-minute walk).

The flat itself was renovated in 2021, and I have lived here ever since! It is incredibly spacious and bright, coming fully furnished. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, which looks out on the beautiful East Waterloo Dock. There is a lovely outdoor space, which is amazing for BBQs and drinks in the summer. Hoping to find someone who enjoys a calm, tidy space and is respectful of our shared areas.

The room is a spacious double, with an ensuite. A bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe is included, but these have been updated since the photos included were taken. An ensuite is provided, with sink, toilet, and shower. The room has a clean, simple aesthetic that makes it easy to personalise to your taste. I've included images from move-in, as well as when it's decorated.

I've lived in Liverpool since 2021, and would love to become friends with my new flatmate! I work as an assistant psychologist, and love running, baking, and the gym. I also enjoy cooking, especially a Sunday roast! It would be lovely to find someone who enjoys going out for food and drinks, but also appreciates a cosy night in.

The rent is £525.00 p/month, and with bills I pay around £730. Council tax band is C.
