I was planning on studying my master in architecture at the University of Liverpool this September; however, I have accepted a last minute job opportunity and so no longer need my student accommodation.
I am looking for a replacement tenant for my unite students studio flat.
The classic studio room has it's own private kitchen and ensuite and is located next to Grand Central station. The tenancy is between 6th September 2025 - 11th July 2026 at £220per week (44 weeks).
I am advertising on here but tenancy will be transferred through unite students.
