The size of the room is approximately 14m2. The tenancy agreement starts from 6th September 2025 until 28th August 2026. The rent is 125/week. This room is located in the city centre, directly opposite the university teaching hospital on one side and Hope university creative campus on the other, and thus it is the best place for students as all the important landmarks are within walking distance.
