I’m moving out due to Job relocation and need someone for a Bright Lovely room just 10 minutes walk away from City centre. Its all bill inc - water , gas, electricity and Council tax!

The nearest station is Moorfields and there is bus stop just below the building.
Its a shared house between 6 people have 3 rooms on each floor. Floor 1 has 1 Bathroom and shower and floor 2 has 2 bathroom and shower and there is a bathroom downstairs.
washing machine is provided.
Cleaners attends the property every two weeks and its all included in the rent.
Im looking for someone who can rent from the preferably 1 Oct. Please do dm if you have a different move in date and we can discuss. The pics aren’t clear as they are taken from a video but I can send you the full video
