Small room in lovely apartment in city centre

Hi! We are Fran (24, music tutor) and Tilly (25, trainee solicitor) and we are looking for a third person to join our lovely flat on Duke street, in Liverpool city centre!

About the room/flat:
The room (£400 pcm) is furnished with a single bed, however we do have the option of a double bed frame too. The kitchen and living room are one big joined space, with dining table, tv, dishwasher, and other amenities. The flat uses only electric, no gas and has a water tank. Our bills roughly come to £100 a month each, but this can fluctuate lower and higher, as the bills do. Our council tax is band C. We are on the second (top floor) no lift available as it is an old building, but just 2 flights. There is also gated access before you enter all of the apartment buildings/houses, so that’s extra security. We have 1 parking space for each flat (comes with flat) and neither of us drive, only use it occasionally for driving visitors. As the room is smaller, if space for your belongings is an issue, we can make space in the rest of your flat, in cupboards and spaces to accommodate. We are in a great location near the top of Duke Street, near China town and Bold street. The video is what I took when I first viewed the flat last year, I have been living here since. There will be a deposit, just cant remember what it is, I'll update this. It's worth noting that the landlord may possibly up the rent but we have not heard of this yet.

About us:

We are friendly and tidy girls in our 20s, who are respectful, and love a good natter in the kitchen, or a Gilmore girls binge!
We are looking for a like-minded girl, or potentially guy who are similar in values, (Though no pressure to natter of course)
We are both UoL graduates and are now working, and have to pay council tax, and so it would be great to live with another graduate.
