The arrangement

This is a live-in landlord/lodger arrangement, rather than a traditional 50/50 house share. You’ll have your own private bedroom and shared use of the communal areas, including the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The communal areas are shared for us both to enjoy, but the living room is intended as a relaxing and social space rather than a permanent work or study area. Your bedroom should be your own private space for regular work or study.

Full-time remote working or full-time study from home isn’t suitable for this arrangement.

I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with a friendly but independent lodger arrangement, where we both have our own routines, privacy and space within the home.

Important information: This is a lodger arrangement under a licence agreement (not a tenancy) in a calm, well-kept home.
