The Cargo Building has a great location, situated obliquely opposite the Albert dock and within 5 minutes walking from Liverpool ONE shopping.

I currently live in a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of the main building. The amenities available include a gym on the ground floor which is free to use for tenants and a media room (kitchenette, projector, sound system, tables, seating & washroom) which can be booked on a first come first serve basis for hosting events through the building management team.

The flat itself is furnished and has a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, 4-hob stove, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan and constitute the shared spaces and are also furnished. The room available for rent is carpeted and contains a double bed, built-in closet, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There are also ports in the room for wired internet, TV and radio. While not ensuite, you will have your own bathroom, which is the main bathroom in the apartment.

There's also a Tesco onsite so that's quite handy. The building has secured underground parking, but that comes at an extra cost and details regarding that can be obtained from the building management team.

Apart from internet, the bills are not included so you would be expected to split electricity (no gas), water and council tax - averaging £160 during Summer (Winter TBC).
