Hi, I am Gwen and I am looking for a new housemate as mine is moving out at the end of October.😊 I am 25 and a young professional who works a 9-5 mon-fri. I am looking for a respectful and friendly housemate, preferably a female around my age. It is important to me that you are clean and keep the flat well maintained. I love going to the gym, running and chilled nights in. But also brunch or drinks at the pub!

Our flat is on the 3rd floor of Parliament Square and in the most perfect location in the Baltic Triangle. Rent is £600 per month plus bills , so comes to around £750-£800 each all in (Electricity, water, wifi & Council Tax). The deposit is £575 as well. Happy to discuss move in dates but looking for someone to move in around the end of October (25/26th) with first rent due 2nd November!

It is a double room that comes with its own bathroom which is across the hall. Included in the room is a double bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps, a big wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, sink heated handrail and toiletry cabinet. The kitchen/ living area is shared and has a dishwasher, TV, washing machine etc.

The building has a concierge 24/7 for mail. There is also a gym which is free to use, Jayde spa which you can use for a monthly membership (which is absolutely stunning) , and also has parking available for an extra fee. There is also a cinema room and conference room which can be booked out.
